How AxisOS protects data
These commitments apply to every workspace, whether you are onboarding one client or operating an entire agency on AxisOS.
Data we collect
AxisOS gathers only the information required to create workspaces, secure accounts, and keep automations reliable.
- Account metadata such as names, email addresses, and billing details supplied at signup.
- Operational telemetry that measures AI employee performance and safeguards against abuse.
- Optional product analytics events, which owners can disable at any time from the admin console.
How we use data
Customer data is processed solely to deliver the service, offer support, and improve platform resilience.
- Workspace content remains tenant-isolated, encrypted in transit and at rest using managed keys.
- We never commingle your proprietary prompts, documents, or conversations into shared training corpora.
- Usage insights help prioritize roadmap improvements but are always aggregated and de-identified.
Your choices & rights
Workspace owners control what systems connect to AxisOS and can request exports or deletions whenever needed.
- Role-based permissions and audit trails provide visibility into who configured automations or accessed records.
- Data retention windows are configurable, enabling automated cleanup of conversation logs and uploads.
- Submit privacy inquiries to privacy@axisos.ai; we acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
International transfers
AxisOS operates from regional data centers with guardrails for global teams and applicable compliance frameworks.
- Primary hosting regions include the United States and European Union with regional redundancy.
- Standard Contractual Clauses and other assurances are available for customers with cross-border requirements.
- We partner only with subprocessors that meet our security baseline and provide documented DPAs.
